Returns
We offer a 30-day guarantee if your collectible figurine arrives damaged during shipping or is lost in transit. To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your figurine upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized figures, limited-edition preorders, or special request orders.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the collectible you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Replacements
If a figurine arrives damaged or defective, you’ll need to provide a clear image or video showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost in transit or stolen, you can choose between:

A one-time replacement shipment, free of charge.
